How do I keep track of my tenant's usage?

On the 1st of every month, the Metro Prepaid system automatically sends out a building statement to all clients whose email addresses were captured on the system.

You can also contact our Help Desk 24 hours a day to send you more detailed or other reports

 

Do I get a monthly report?

Providing us with your email address guarantees you a monthly report that our system sends to you automatically on the 1st of every month.
